Yes. If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us in 3 days after the delivery date. We’re happy to replace your order with a new one in perfect condition. And the re-shipping cost will be on us. If contact us after 3 days of the delivery date, we have the right to refuse any exchange or refund.

For any other issues, please contact us immediately within 3 days of any package arrival. Any contact after3 days is non-exchangeable/refundable. No Exception!!!.

For international shipping, please ensure you continually track your order to ensure you are available to receive or collect. International shipping time can take up to 16 days depends on the country's custom clearance time frame.
